Everyday, Customer Relations Representatives: * Proactively deliver superior customer service in response to customer calls, correspondence and e-mails (including complaints, product exchanges, refunds and rebates) * Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely manner *Ensure confidentiality and security of customer personal data *Follow departmental guidelines to provide accuracy in all *Assist offshore call center with escalated customer issues and concerns *Escalate customer calls and correspondence to Senior Customer Relations Team Members and Management as appropriate *Escalate company and product issues to management and/or appropriate department *Builds strong relationships with Customer Relations Team members and Management, and offshore call center staff to best meet company goals and objectives Requirements: 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment ideally handling escalated customer calls Ability to problem solve in an empathic and logical manner Flexibility to work in a team environment and maintain our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills Superior verbal and written communications skills Ability to work Part-time Lotus Notes ++++ All interested candidates are encouraged to contact us right away for immediate consideration!
